Connecting systems people the dots

We bring structure and transparency to the
complex system landscape of a hotel

So that our customers can do what they do best: Be hosts. To do this, we roll up our sleeves and actively shape the digitalization of the hotel industry. For delighted guests, relieved employees and successful hoteliers.

Digital strategy.

Over time, hotels have often introduced different systems and technologies that do not fit together perfectly and cannot communicate with each other. Work arounds, paperwork and ticket after ticket. Hoteliers are caught between two stools, lose the overview and actually have to learn umpteen different system languages. All they want is simple processes, satisfied employees and happy guests who generate sales. Together with you, we develop a holistic and well thought-out digital strategy.

System change.

We analyze, optimize and model system landscapes. We always keep an eye on profitability, a well-rounded guest experience and sensible processes that relieve the burden on employees. We support and tackle, provide advice and assistance. We create clarity and transparency.

Guest Journey.

Guests are the reason why hotels exist and make money. A hotel that is able to offer an excellent guest experience will be better positioned than other hotels when it comes to attracting guests and employees. A good digitalization strategy that is aligned with the needs of the guests can be a decisive competitive advantage here. We always keep an eye on systems, interfaces and feasibility, but first and foremost, we are committed to a well-rounded guest journey.

ROI calculation.

Calculating the return on investment (ROI) is crucial for success in the hotel industry. We offer customized solutions to effectively maximize your investments and increase your success.

Project Management.

We help you make the right decisions and take the right steps. We work closely with all parties involved, speak both our customers' and the tech players' languages.

Connecting systems, connecting people.
And making hotels magic places again.

Nothing annoys employees more than pointless manual processes!

It's time to put an end to this and provide real relief in everyday working life!

The data that a hotel has collected over the years is our marketing life.
Our air to breathe in the customer relationship.
The gold of our Hotel Pirate Treasure.

As a passionate hotelier, how do you manage to make the guest experience even better with your Tach-Stack?

Your key to digitization

The trend of considering the systems in the hotel in an integrated manner is becoming essential for survival. It is not about one system fulfilling all tasks, but about the systems harmonizing with each other. This is the only way for guests to enjoy a flawless digital customer experience. From a hotel perspective, this has another advantage: employees are relieved of routine tasks such as the manual creation of checklists and can concentrate on the essentials - the guest! And this is exactly where we come in:

  • Joint development of the digital strategy
  • Process engineering with a view to the guest journey
  • Analysis, audit and ROI calculation of the systems
  • System selection & change: PMS, CRM, IBE, etc.
  • Project management for system conversions
  • Coordination of all system providers
  • Change management and support for the team during system implementation
  • Team or individual training in system use
  • Development of the CRM strategy and conception of the campaigns as well as ongoing implementation
  • Further training in strategic CRM

How we work.

Energetic.

We are not only good in theory, but also have practical experience and know what works. For us, it's not about dry analysis and technical jargon, but about practical solutions and applicability. To achieve this, we break new ground, don't let difficulties get us down and see every challenge as an opportunity. We get involved and take responsibility. No ifs, ands, or buts.

We are determined to get things done. Because doing is more blatant than wanting.

Human.

For us, the human being is at the center of every digitization project.

Technology can improve the guest experience and turn employees back into hosts. That is our firm conviction.

We also live this principle in our cooperation with our customers.

We work closely with our customers to ensure their individual needs and goals and to develop a solution that is perfectly tailored to them.

On the pulse of time.

With open eyes and ears, always on the lookout for the latest technologies and trends, to ensure that we are always up to date and can provide our customers with the latest and best solutions.

To do this, we know new and old players in the tech market and actively maintain contact with them. We get involved in expert circles and keep up to date.

And thanks to our work at the university, we always have tomorrow's target group in mind.

Favorite projects

All our projects are our FAVORITE PROJECTS,
because we only implement what we put our heart and soul into.

Each hotel has its own story and personality.
A one-size-fits-all approach doesn't work for us.
We see ourselves as partners on equal footing, not just service providers.
We want to embark on the journey together, share experiences and get personal.
We work closely with our customers to understand their individual needs and goals
and develop a solution that is perfectly tailored to them.

Sharing is caring.

We share our knowledge and are committed to the digitalization of the industry.
Because we don't see digitalization as a chore, but as an incredible opportunity.

An opportunity to revolutionize the industry, make guests even happier and save hoteliers time and resources.

Message in a bottle, anyone?

We enjoy sharing our knowledge and experience!

For this reason, we send out the anker & alpen newsletter - our message in a bottle.

Regular blog posts, interesting facts on the topics of digitalization and
CRM in the hotel industry and everything else that "drives" us as the anker & alpen team.

Hey, system provider! Let's connect.

We have a mission: to equip hoteliers with innovative and customized tech stacks. Why? Because we know that there is no one-size-fits-all solution in the hotel industry!

That's why we are always on the hunt for the latest technologies and trends. Our goal is to always be up-to-date in order to offer our customers the best solutions. We not only know the newcomers, but also the legends on the tech market and are constantly in contact with them. In addition to networking events, association work and meet-ups, we primarily use our internal Lunch & Learn format to which we regularly invite tech players.

If you are a system provider and would like to present your solution, new features or current cases, then welcome to our "lunch break"! Tine looks forward to hearing from you to find out more about your demo or presentation.

But hey, small disclaimer: We remain Swiss and guarantee our customers a professional but neutral assessment. That is why we do not accept commission contracts or pallets full of chocolate.
