YOUR EXPERT: PROF. DR. SANDRA BAYER
Sandra has been a freelance consultant for digitalization strategies, CRM and marketing since 2013, combining the symbiosis of university knowledge and industry-relevant practice. She studied hospitality management at Munich University of Applied Sciences and completed her doctorate with an innovative approach to customer segmentation based on the customer lifetime.
Sandra has been sharing her knowledge as a lecturer and visiting lecturer at the Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University in Ravensburg and the European Media and Business Academy in Hamburg since 2014. She has been a professor of media and business management at Mittweida University of Applied Sciences since 2019.
