Prof. Dr. Sandra Bayer is the Chief Anchor Officer and the face of the northern location of anker & alpen consulting GmbH. She has been working as an independent consultant for digitalization strategies, customer relationship management (CRM) and marketing in Hamburg since 2013.

After studying hospitality management at Munich University of Applied Sciences, she began her doctorate, in which she developed an innovative approach to customer segmentation based on customer lifetime. She has been a lecturer and lecturer at various universities since 2014 and regularly publishes articles in the field of marketing and digitalization.

From 2006 to 2012, Sandra Bayer worked for the CRM and software company Toedt, Dr. Selk & Coll. GmbH, where she worked as Director Consulting and authorized signatory with international clients from the chain and individual hotel industry and managed the consulting department.

Stephanie Goldbrunner-Jung takes over responsibility for the southern division of Anker & Alpen Consulting GmbH as Chief Alps Officer.

She has been working in the field of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) & Marketing for many years.

From 2010 to 2019, she held the position of Director Corporate Projects at the CRM and software company dailypoint, which is operated by Toedt, Dr. Selk & Coll. GmbH is operated.

Her connection to the hotel industry was already evident during her tourism studies at Munich University of Applied Sciences, and she has continued in this industry in various positions, such as at Starwood Hotels (formerly ArabellaStarwood).

Since 2017, after completing her PDP courses at Cornell University in Ithaca, Stephanie Goldbrunner-Jung has also been actively involved on the board of the Cornell Hotel Society German Chapter e.V.

Tatjana Heel embodies the spirit of Anker & Alpen. Originally from the far north on the Baltic Sea, she currently supports the team from Munich and the Allgäu.

With a long career in the hotel industry, Tatjana is an experienced sales and marketing expert. She has worked in senior positions at various renowned hotel chains and in the private hotel industry, including Marriott, IHG and the Radisson Hotel Group.

Thanks to her extensive experience in hotel management and regional sales, she has in-depth knowledge in the areas of sales, MICE, reservations and revenue management.

Maike Blum joins the team as a consultant and works from the Bergisches Land region near Cologne.

After training as a hotel specialist in the luxury hotel industry, her career path led her into management assistance in the software industry. She worked there for almost a decade as a senior software consultant and project manager at protel Hotelsoftware GmbH.

Since 2018, she has held a senior position as Office Manager in a promotion agency, where she has contributed significantly to the overall digitalization of the company.

Her tasks included the planning and implementation of IT solutions, including the selection of software and hardware, training, the creation of data protection documents and involvement in the company's own warehouse management software.

Sonja Kröll

enriches the team as a communication consultant and project manager, working remotely from Cologne.

With a degree in media economics, specializing in marketing and communication management, as well as over 12 years of professional experience in customer relationship management in corporations, Sonja brings extensive expertise. Between 2019 and 2024, she worked as a freelance communications strategist in various industries, helping companies to develop strong brand identities.

In the anker & alpen team, she takes on the role of Director Marketing and ensures that our brand shines. In customer projects, she pays particular attention to the needs of guests and the brand-compliant design of all touchpoints along the customer journey.

Nicholas Boncardo enriches the team as a programmer and database expert from Berlin.

Parallel to his studies in linguistics with a focus on linguistic data processing, he has 15 years of experience in IT consulting and database development.

He has been working as a freelance digitalization consultant since 2017 and supports companies in integrating their systems and optimizing their work processes.

Within the Anker & Alpen team, he is responsible for the development of software tools and IT support.

Christine Linder is a passionate entrepreneur and supports the team as Director Business Development from the Hamburg area.

Her entrepreneurial talent has been proven over more than 13 years as CEO of a private boutique hotel in Finland and has been recognized with numerous awards and prizes. After her international studies in hospitality management, she began her professional career as a consultant at the CRM and software company Toedt, Dr. Selk & Coll. GmbH. Just two years later, she became the youngest hotel CEO in Finland.

Over the years, the company has grown from 20 employees to over 70.

Sabrina McAboy supports the team as an energetic junior consultant from the south.

After various internships and temporary jobs in the hotel industry, she decided to study business management with a focus on the hotel and tourism industry. After gaining valuable experience at Jochen Schweizer mydays GmbH, she decided to start a Master's degree in Hotel and Tourism Management at MCI Tourismus in Innsbruck in 2023.

In addition to the theoretical aspects of hotel management studies, she also has knowledge of data processing and analysis.

Martina Prankl ensures that A&A's internal commercial processes run smoothly.

After training as an office communications clerk, she completed a degree in tourism management in Munich. Since then, she has gained extensive experience in various industries and feels particularly at home in the areas of administration, accounting and project management.

Over the past seven years, Martina has been largely responsible for the commercial and personnel side of a livestream agency in Munich. In addition, she took on a central role in foundation projects and supported various client projects.

Martina enjoys the view of the Alps from her workplace, making her the most southerly employee in the Anker & Alpen team - at least so far.

Laura Johanna Sophie Bittner joins the Anker & Alpen team as a Junior CRM Consultant, working from Braunschweig and Bremen.

During her international studies in Applied Leisure Studies, including a stay in Denmark, Laura gained valuable experience in marketing. She specialized as a freelancer in the marketing of music projects and bands from Sweden and the USA. She is also a dedicated tutor, helping people to navigate the fast-paced digital world and use technology effectively.

At Anker & Alpen, Laura will continue to expand her knowledge in the areas of CRM and newsletter marketing. With her enthusiasm for the digitalization of the hotel industry and the optimization of the customer journey, she brings a breath of fresh air and new ideas to the team.
