Rico vIn his role as Sales Director at incert, he is responsible for sales and distribution activities in Germany, Scandinavia, Benelux, and international markets. With over 20 years of professional experience in the tourism industry, he possesses in-depth industry-specific expertise. His consulting focus centers on direct sales and customer retention strategies. In his free time, he is an avid runner and enjoys water sports, winter sports, and spending time with his family.

No prior experience with the systems is required to participate in our roadshow. However, a basic understanding of the hospitality industry, as well as knowledge of current issues and the situation at your own hotel, are beneficial.
