Deep Dive Workshop
In this workshop, we get everyone involved in the project on board at an early stage and discuss the project plan in detail. We also carry out a comprehensive inventory of the existing systems, including workarounds, special usage scenarios, up-to-dateness of the interfaces and scope of the data transfer. There is also space here to discuss current problems and challenges. Together, we define the goals for the coming years and thus lay the foundation for successful implementation.
Analysis
Based on the results of the deep dive workshop, we carry out an in-depth analysis of the existing system landscape and identify initial optimization potential. At the same time, we draw up an initial preselection of potential system partners. To do this, we use our extensive know-how and engage in intensive internal discussions in order to provide our hotel customers with the best possible recommendations. Initial talks with system providers
In the next step, we talk to potential system providers to check and substantiate our recommendations. We clarify final details, such as the depth of integrations, the exchange of data and the frequency and timing of these processes. We also find out about planned developments to ensure that the chosen systems are future-proof.
Recommendation for action
In this step, we present our hotel customers with a recommendation for action and introduce the appropriate systems. We reveal the advantages and disadvantages of the possible system constellations and enter into a detailed discussion to find the best solution for the hotel's specific needs.
Provider coordination
We arrange appointments for demo calls in which we dive deep into the respective systems. This gives both the system providers and the hotel customers the opportunity to get to know each other and ask specific questions. These discussions help to confirm the suitability of the systems and clarify any concerns directly. We know where to ask critical questions and are happy to take on the role of bad cop to ask unpleasant questions. In this way, we make sure that we really look at all the details - including those that could later cause difficulties or pose challenges in day-to-day work.
RFP process
We start the RFP process (Request for Proposal) for the system selection. We know all the criteria that you as a hotel should put to the test for your individual needs from the FF and quickly achieve the necessary level of detail. We ask all potential system partners to confirm in writing which functions and integrations with other systems are guaranteed. In this part of the process, we ensure that a fact-based decision can be made. Thanks to our experience, your process really picks up speed here.
Requesting quotes and comparing providers
We obtain offers from the system providers and evaluate them based on our project experience. If necessary, we conduct renegotiations in order to achieve the best possible conditions. We compile all the information in a comprehensive system comparison, in which we take into account one-off costs, license fees and transaction costs.
